If you did not receive your Annual Adjustment in pay period 07, please keep an eye out for this payment in pay period 08.
We have learned that over 80 of our colleagues did not see pay increases in their pay period 7 paychecks. For some, their paycheck did not reflect either the annual adjustment or they did not receive their retroactive annual adjustment.
When we became aware of this issue, we contacted the agency for further information. According to the agency,
- Affected employees had an “intervening action(s), this requires History Correction Update Processing.”
- This processing is done manually and requires correcting/changing salary data on all “personnel actions” within the system. This process takes time, and may not have gotten through the system in time for processing in pay period 07.
- Per a notice that these employees received, HCO is working to process the Annual Adjustment during pay period 08 – so you should see the change on Monday, May 9, 2016.
However, some may not be corrected until pay period 09. Per our request, affected employees should receive a notice regarding this.
